Cosi Fan Tutte takes great pride in the products offered and the delivery methods used. If for any reason you are not happy please contact us immediately. If the product is faulty we will gladly replace it for you. If you have bought an item of clothing or a pair of shoes and they do not fit you then we are happy to exchange these items for another, or to refund your money if no others are suitable. If you change your mind, exchanging goods will be at the discretion of Cosi Fan Tutte. You will require proof of purchase to return or exchange the product. If the product has been damaged in transit, please let us know immediately and we will contact the courier company directly to sort out any claims.If there are any problems we would greatly appreciate it if you would notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods.
